Which did you guys like the book or the movie and what was your favorite part of it?

I love them both, I really do. I think I like the movies more though, especially Return of the King.

I honestly can't decide. It seems like they didn't let Gandalf use a lot of his wizardly powers in the movies like they did in the books which kinda disappointed me. Favorite part, too many but I thought that it was cool how in the Fellowship of The Ring when Sam and Aragorn are looking for the weed to help Frodo and you can see the frozen trolls in the back round from the Hobbit.

Both. My favorite scene was when Eowin killed the Nazgul leader. But I didnt like how she changed in the book.

BOOK! The movies don't follow the books at all!! I could go on and on about how much I hate Peter Jackson and the LOTR movies, but I won't. I'm just going to leave it at the books are much better.
