i like to play Hey there Delila thats simple and fun, but the one that does sound super fun is Stairway to heaven by Led Zeppelin :D

for me its a tie between "I saw the light" by hank Williams (which is the same chords as "ill fly away" by hank Williams) and "viva la vida" by cold play
