Apparently, in the latest 1.8 snapshots, a piston pushing a slimeblock will have the physics we used to love from the old piston mod returning to Minecraft. You can bounce high into the air or launch yourself into the distance. People have started designing elevators, jugglers, complex item movers, anything they can think of.
