Written by one of the most dynamic author teams in the field of Reading and Literacy, the third edition of "All Children Read" continues to offer K-8 teachers the best practices for developing reading and writing in all students. This does not mean, however, that the treatment is superficial, nor that it cannot give adequate preparation for students pursuing an academic major in the earth sciences. Students told us they wanted more portable texts with innovative visual appeal and content that is designed according to the way they learn.
