the craziest dream I ever had was the night my cousin had a heart attack.... I could see through his eyes and he was saying something but I couldn't hear it and the presence was there hovering over me. I felt pain unlike anything then darkness. next thing I know it's like I am two people at once in 2 diffferent realities.

felt like I was being ripped apart..then the world went silent and I woke up in my room... 2 hours later I got the call he had died

I've heard that if you experience such presence in your dreams you should try to ask it what it wants from you. I don't know if it works though.
It's also hard for me to imagine how your dreams might looks like cause physics usually work in my dreams to some extent.

because I havn't figured out how to get rid of the demonic presence in my dream and it will happen at random and for weeks on end....also my dreams aren't your average dreams where your on a beach or anywhere that can be defined by logic.....if you have ever watched doctor strange thats kind of like what my dreams are. sometimes it's fantastic other times I dread falling asleep.

and I can only control what I do in my dream, the presence in my dream is a unique entity that for as long as I can remember has been there and pretty much haunts me

I like flying in dreams but never tried to go really fast. I usually move as if I was swimming to trick my brain so I don't fall. But I'll try it!

I've never thought that someone could hate having lucid dreams! I've always envied lucid dreamers. If you can control dreams, why don't you turn them into more pleasant ones? For me dreams are the way to improve myself and also to do things that I cannot do in real life.

also if you have a dream where you are falling try to make the distance you are falling greater than what it is and go as fast as you can.....that will give you insane butterflies in the stomach dont worry when the sensation becomes too much you instantly wake up. I experienced this in a different way where I was surfing and it wasnt a very big wave but the wave kept getting faster and faster and suddenly I hit shore and went flying into the side of a mountain.....at first terrifying but the sensation of moving at an incredible speed woke me up and I started laughing.

I was born like that. I am not sure how to have lucid dreams because to be honest I kind of hate it. but how I first started remembering dreams was to think about something in the dream and only focus on that one thing untill it was stuck in my mind. for example the color of the walls in a room and dont think about details just stay focused on basic objects... start with changing the colors of those walls. if you see a window try forcing yourself to walk to it and look outside and pic small details to remember

And that sounds scary! I think I'm a lucky person since I have nightmares very rarely.

Were you born a lucid dreamer?
Can you give us any advice on how to have lucid dreams more often and control them better?

@Firstborn Unicorn I get the false awakenings as well typically only in a nightmare.

most times for me I cannot wakeup I just have to let things play out.

the scariest one for me I was sitting on the bed and didnt even realise I had fallen asleep and something I couldn't see pulled me towards the closet. the light was on... I had a false awakening so I turned on the light only to be pushed back down by a black shadow with these pale looking eyes and a doll like face and the walls start exploding. took 3 more attempts to wake up...and its always the same eyes I see in every dream
