I totally agree. I think of it as a dream world too. I'm still not very experienced, I try simple things like flying, etc. but I hope in the future lucid dreaming will help me overcome shyness or phobia. I love it, I really want to learn more. I've had some negative experiences as well like someone attacking me but in these dreams I'm never afraid.

I've had a couple lucid dreams but then I started to realize when I let the dream do what it wanted to do I could learn so much more. I tend to think of it as though there is a dreamworld which we go to when we sleep and the experiences we have there - some really positive and some really negative - teach us things about ourselves. It's so fun. Then when we wake up we can do cool things with what we learned.

Hi! I've been interested in dreams since childhood but a few moths ago I watched a film about lucid dreaming which fascinated me even more. I've had spontaneous lucid dreams before but never tried to control them or anything. Now I have LDs once or twice a week and I'm still a beginner looking for some advice. However, if there's someone less experienced than me, I can give advice too.
