The Hobbit

What are you beastly's expectations for the hobbit that's coming out in December? Bad, good, sold short of the book? What do you think will happen?

It's gonna be good AMAZING. I can't describe how excited I am for it to come out. From what I could tell of the trailer, it looks pretty similar to the book, and I hope it is. One thing I'm really happy about is that they kept all the same actors/actresses and Peter Jackson is directing it! He was so successful with LOTR (duh), so I know The Hobbit is going to be yet another film showing off his amazing talent.

I'll be waiting outside the theater as a loyal LOTR-obsessed fan would do. :D *giddy*

I am too but if this isn't good all our hears will be crushed if they same people that made the LOTR movie are making the hobbit then I have very high expectations for this ^.^

I expect this movie to stray a little always from the book, as the book was aimed towards children, and I think this one will be aimed more towards the older audience

so stinkin excited! From the snippets of music I've heard from the soundtrack, from the look of the trailer, I find myself ready to embark on the unexpected journey. I hope it's as good as it's hyped up to be.
