good thing R&L were'nt traveling via the xBeast or on the bus . . . that little stopover in the Twin Cities would have added 371 miles and an extra 7 hours drive time (not including meals and potty breaks) . . .

What I want to know is why they didn't stop and say hi to me!  I live in Provo, the home of the Orabrush!  WheezyWaiter didn't stop by when he was in town, either.  :-(
Jean, I'm so glad that you're doing this for every GMCL!! :) (:
I flew to Orlando, Florida once with my family, and something similar happened. My parents and I knew it was a connecting flight, but we were told before boarding that we were going to land in Miami, then we would stay on the plane, more people would board, and it would take off for Orlando. So we land in Miami and almost everyone gets off, except for like 5 other people. We were all sitting there waiting for people to board that were going from Miami to Orlando, but no one boards. Then a couple of guys start walking the plane looking for bags people might of left behind. We were getting kind of worried why no one was getting on, then one of the workers checking the plane for left bags says "So your going to Mexico," and we were like "no were going to Orlando," and he says "well this planes going to Mexico in a few hours," and he just walks off. We got kind of scared. We got our bags and got off the plane, and when we entered the airport there was a sign pointing to a path that read "Orlando." So apparently they switched plans or something and some of us didn't get the memo.
Now that would have been wild if that guy never came on to tell you where the plan was really going.
