I'm pretty certain that whole Superhero town nonsense was in the works long before Disney started drooling over Marvel's stock of heroes... don't blame thenm for that mess- no matter how tempting that may be.

As far as the whole Disney buy out is concerned, consider this: Marvel has already declared bankruptcy once. Will Disney do something to water it down and possibly increase the suck level? Probably (Muppets anyone? BAMBI 2 ANYONE?!?) but it won't disappear due to lack of funds.

Mike, please don't get me started on that whole Disney mess! Honestly, if they can keep their darn dirty rat hands out of the comic books I will mostly keep quiet.
