What race is Link Neal?

I've been wondering this for a while and I googled it a couple times, but nothing ever came up. Does anyone have a clue what race Link Neal is? Rhett too.

People tickle me with this one a little bit (not about Link, but in general)... Because there is only one current race for mankind, and that's the human race. People confuse it with "ethnicity", which is where a person's ancestral culture comes in... Also nationality, is confused for this too (which is just what country you're a citizen of - which can be changed).

Sorry, ranted there for a bit (habit for this topic, I don't meant to be rude at all).

As far as Link's ethnicity, to my knowledge he's never said. -Write him and ask him, it's always interesting to learn stuff like that, maybe he'll answer back.

Yes, "race" is not the correct word. As JessHavoc mentioned, there is only one race. Nevertheless, the term is frequently used to refer to "skin color" in which case its kind of obvious that they are white.

But if you mean ethnic nationality, my guess is that Rhett is Ulster Scot (aka "Scots-Irish"). Not sure about Link, though. Many people in the USA have such deep roots in this continent have such a mix of nationalities going back hundreds of years in North America that they could rightly be called just "American". I do think that Link probably has deeper North Carolina roots than Rhett, so his ancestry might be more closley tied to NC history. Rhett, otoh, was born in Georgia (US state Georgia, not th country Georgia).
