I am having trouble ordering Clearly Canadian, but I don't know why.

They said we can order a case up until May 4, right?

But every time I hit "Finish and Pre-Order", it says there is a problem with my card. I got a friend to try his card and it said the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this or is there anyone who can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Lizzie,

I pre-ordered a couple months ago, so I'm not sure what kind of technical difficulties they might be having more recently. There is some possibility that they might have some higher website traffic due to the closing date approaching soon, which could cause some issues, but that's just a theory.
