Space Junk green screen

So, I just watched the Space Junk video again and I must say, it is pretty amazing! But, one thing that is driving me crazy to know about is the green glow in Rhett and Link's hair. Even at one point, the green is in Link's shirt. Did you use an actual green screen to film it or did you just use the green background you already have? Also, did you leave the green in just for an artistical concept or by accident? I personally like the green; it gives more of a type of "outer space feel."

The Green-Screen is in their studio. (see behind the scenes of SpaceJunk video) The green left in Links hair is from the program the erases and replaces the green color with the desired background (space scene in this case). The residual left in Links hair is from the distortion of the green through the small spaces between his hair curls. The color in now a slightly darker shade of green, and is not recognized the the original green to be replaced by the program.
