Philly handicap tickets Nov 11 7pm

My husband and I have tickets for the Tour of Mythicality on November 11, 2017 at 7pm.  At the time I ordered the tickets, I didn't need handicap seating, but now he does.  The seats we have are in the middle of an aisle, but he has a cast on one leg and will not be able to get to his seat.  Also, his leg needs to stay elevated.  I already contacted the venue, but not sure they'll be able to do anything.  Does anyone here have an aisle seat who may want to swap tickets?  Thanks for reading!
